Mıkantıs Ar-Ge has extensive experience in separation technologies used in mining and mineral processing operations. Suspended Magnetic Plates: As the name suggests, these separators are hung on the conveyor belt system. Electromagnet separators are extremely powerful and can remove rogue metal from fast-moving belts with deep charge depths. Permanent Magnetic disconnectors are highly efficient as they do not require energy to operate and maintain functionality even in the event of power loss.
Hanging Type Magnetic Plates with Automatic Cleaning: These industrial magnets are also hung on a conveyor belt similar to hanging plate magnets. In fact, they are a self-cleaning hanging plate magnet equipped with a continuous belt that runs over the surface of the magnet, thus discharging the rogue metal away from the side or the head pulley.
Full Magnetic and Semi-Magnetic Drums: Manufactured with ceramic or rare-earth magnets, these separators are useful for high-volume applications. They pull the metal particles into the outer drum and then direct this tramp metal away from the outlet line. Drum Separators are self-cleaning and take up very little space, so they are both effective and efficient.
