This new type of ‘Easy Cleaning Drawer Type Magnetic Separators with Automatic, Pneumatic System’ is equipped with Ø32 mm magnetic rods measuring 11000 Gauss on the surface of the magnetic rods and max.9000 Gauss on the contacting stainless case surface of the product.

It is suitable for magnetic filtration of ferrous and even weakly magnetic pollutants from high-capacity granule and powder streams in free-falling and low-pressure conveying pipes up to 0.5 bar.

Automatic cleaning makes the drawer magnetic separator suitable for situations where it is difficult or inaccessible for operation and cleaning.

It is very suitable for cleaning powders and iron powders in granules in free-falling and low-pressure pipes, and for situations where it is difficult or inaccessible to operate the magnetic separator. With the junction box, it is possible to connect and control the magnet via the central control room. A local control box with PLC is optional.

Magnetic rods have very high separation efficiency due to the deep capture area and high flux density. This enables the capture of not only ferromagnetic but also weakly magnetic stainless steel contaminants.

This product, of which we are the manufacturer, is manufactured in accordance with your facility in the size of the inlet and outlet you want.
