They are magnetic filters designed for general industrial applications, providing the ease of cleaning Ferromagnetic (Fe) metals at frequent intervals without human touch, without the need for human power.

Magnetic filters of large diameters are too heavy to be lifted for manual cleaning. For this reason, Automatic Cleaning Magnetic Filter Systems are preferred in order to be able to operate without the need for manpower by stopping the system connection inlet and outlet with actuators or manual valves, both for easy cleaning and for occupational health.

Fully Automatic Cleaning Magnetic Filters: Thanks to the pneumatic system and by-pass collector connection, it provides ease of cleaning the ferromagnetic metals in the product without stopping the product flow for 24 hours with actuator valves. Thanks to this system, which eliminates the loss of labour, serious time savings, fast, safe and easy separation is achieved.

With the junction box, it is possible to connect and control the Magnetic Filter via the central control room. A local control box with PLC is optional.

It is used for magnetic filtering of fine ferrous contaminants such as oxidised metal particles that are eroded from liquid mixtures and powders in lines up to DN300 with system test pressures up to 10 bars. It is suitable for many industrial applications. (Food, Ceramics, Extraction of steel wire from pulp, etc.)
