Electromagnetic Plates: They are called Electromagnetic Plates, Electromagnetic Mirrors or Electromagnetic Chucks.

Electromagnetic Plates are suitable for versatile use in milling, borwek and planer machines, both for grinding and erosion machines (Platinum-EDM processes). The holding force provides enough force to hold the workpiece in place, allowing you to hold the workpiece.

Working Principle:

Supply voltage of Electromagnetic Tables is 220 Volt AC and operating voltage is 110 Volt DC. Ferromagnetic -Fe holds the part when electrified, releases the part when power is cut off. Control unit can be included in our products upon request.

Control Unit: There is a release circuit that is suitable for the electromagnetic table and resets the residual magnetism on the table and makes it easier to separate the parts.
