Tunnel Type Metal Detectors are a closed circuit system and the detection sensitivity in the inner center of the tunnel depends on the tunnel dimensions. The product effect of the physical environment is disadvantageous in terms of sensitivity for negative effects such as magnetic parasites and vibration for tunnel-type metal detectors. The tape to be applied to the metal detector should not be vibration-free, antistatic and dirty. In tunnel-type metal detectors, metal detection sensitivity is inversely proportional to the tunnel internal dimensions. As the inner length of the tunnel increases, the sensitivity of metal detection decreases, and as it gets smaller, the sensitivity of metal detection increases. More sensitive sensing is recommended where necessary.
