Easy to Clean Drawer Magnetic Grid Separators are extremely effective at removing fine ferrous contamination from free flowing products such as powders, granules and emulsions. They are easily placed in hoppers, product entry points, chutes and finished product exit points.

It is a magnetic separator used to remove metal particles (>30 μm) from smooth flowing, powdery and bulk materials such as dry food, sugar, coffee, cocoa, malt, rice, flour, tea, spices, plastics, paints, cosmetics, chemicals, grains and minerals. Thanks to the scraper cover on the surface of the magnetic rods, its easy-to-clean feature allows you to practically clean small metal particles or ferromagnetic wastes without removing the magnetic rods.

It is strong and effective at magnetising even the smallest particles of ferrous material. It is easy to install on existing machine or line. Contaminants such as rust and fine iron dust from machine wear are often too small to be detected by a Metal Detector, but they can be easily removed with this highly efficient magnetic grating.
