There is no need for battery system or uninterruptible power supply in electropermanent tables. When the power is cut off while the product is running, its magnetism remains active without the need for any energy. It does not leave the material in power cuts. Since it is a permanent magnet system, once you energize the magnet, it holds. When you want it to quit, when you energize it again, it is neutralized and demagnetized.

With the advantage of working with five axes, it does not prevent the movement of cutters during axing. One-way clamping to finish operations on the workpiece not only facilitates machining, but also increases precision. Since it is easy to mount the magnetic table on your workbench and connect the workpiece to the Electro-permanent Magnetic table, it saves a lot of time in the work clamping period.

Electronic control unit, cable and connection apparatus are included. If requested, a hand terminal can be made. It provides suitable axial machining of workpieces of all sizes. In addition, special designs are made for your different workpieces. It can be used for roughing, finishing and drilling on all workpieces.

Minimum part size should be applied with four magnetic poles (100 cm²) overlapping, more surface contact creates a stronger magnetic field. In order to work with maximum performance, the minimum part thickness should be 10mm. Wider and functional working possibilities are available with optional square shoes. 5 surfaces of the part connected to the magnet surface can be machined. No electricity source is needed during tightening; it saves energy and has low consumption. It is ergonomic in operation, provides easy and fast installation, workpieces larger than the magnet surface can be processed.
