In Electropermanent systems with Permanent Magnet Electromagnets, there is no need for a battery system in the magnet, or when the uninterruptible power supply is powered off while the product is running, its magnetism remains active for a long time without the need for any energy. When you want it to let go, when you energize it again, it neutralizes and demagnetizes and releases the piece it is holding. It provides serious time savings as it prevents loss of work in terms of transport and release times of ferromagnetic (iron) parts. The magnetization and demagnetization cycles take approximately 1-2 seconds. Thanks to these features, the power of the electromagnetic can be controlled; the on-off system and the permanent magnet provide the maximum level of safety for the operator and the machine. They are systems designed to carry sheet metal and coils away from the load under the control of a single operator with remote control, without the need for other human power.

PET-CT Series – Electropermanent Coil Transport System
Coils, especially large ones, are a particularly difficult load to safely handle. When trying to move using conventional means (hooks, chains, cables), it tends to deform, making the handling of the load unstable and dangerous. EPT-CT Series – Electromapermanent Coil Transport System are systems designed to carry cold rolled coils away from the load under the control of a single operator with remote control, by taking the load evenly from above without deformation or damage to the load, without the need for other manpower.

EPT-ST/TT Series – Electropermanent Sheet Metal Handling System with Telescopic Traverse
When large sized Sheet Plates are attempted to be moved by conventional means (hooks, chains, cables), the sheets tend to flex and deform, making the handling of the load unstable and dangerous. , EPT-ST/TT Series – Electromapermanent Sheet Metal Handling System with Telescopic Traverse is designed to carry the load equally from above without deformation or damage to the load, and to carry it away from the load under the control of a single operator with remote control, without the need for other manpower.
Working Principle:
When energized, it becomes magnetised, and when you cut off the energy, its magnetism continues. When energized again, it releases the piece. (MAG-DEMAG). The telescopic movement is driven by a special hydraulic pump; the movement of the telescopic arms allows the handling of large sheet metals.
*For shorter plates, only the middle cross Electropermanents can be activated.
*All cross Electropermagnet Plates can be activated when the side modules for the middle plates are in the off position.
*For long plates, all cross Electropermanent Plates are activated and must be used with the arms extended to the maximum opening.
*Activate only the left or right side modules for narrow plates.
