The magnetic filter is used in fluids or semi-fluids with different viscosity, such as chemical mud, paint, sugar, oil, jam, chocolate, etc., to remove ferrous contents and other ferromagnetic particles to keep the material clean and protect the downstream production equipment.

The main structure of the magnetic liquid holder filters is the removable magnetic rods fixed on the device. When liquid or semi-fluid flows from these magnetic rods, small ferrous contents are retained on the surface and the purity of the product is ensured by regular cleaning. These magnetic rods are made of Neodymium rare earth magnets or ceramic – ferrite magnets according to the usage area.

In order to clean the magnetic wastes in these models, the operating system is stopped, the lid that can be easily opened by hand and the wastes on the bars are removed with the help of brushes and gloves.

Especially in the food sector, these separators, which are made of stainless steel materials for health, can be used safely with their sealing feature.

Values in the range of 10000-11000 Gauss (1mT=10G) on the stainless armor surface are measured in real terms with our Tubitak UME Calibrated Gaussmeter devices.
