Magnetic grids are extremely effective at removing fine iron contamination from free flowing products such as powders, granules, liquids and emulsions. They are easily placed in hoppers, product entry points, chutes and finished product exit points.

It is strong and effective at attracting even the smallest particles of ferrous material. It is easy to install on existing machine or line. Contaminants such as rust and fine iron dust from machine wear are often too small to be detected by a Metal Detector, but it can be easily removed with this highly efficient magnetic grating. Magnetic Sieve Separators are available in different geometries made of Neodymium rare earth magnets or ceramic-ferrite magnets.
