Working Principle:

Coolant is gravity fed, flowing under the magnetic cylinder. The strong permanent magnetic field of the Magnetic Drum (Roll) catches the ferrous impurity in the liquid. As the magnetic drum surface rotates against the current flow, large and small ferrous particles that are firmly attached to its surface are carried upwards from the liquid. The coolant flows back into the chamber as ferrous particles are removed by the scraper blade. Chips and other metal (Fe) impurities are scraped from the magnetic drum (Rubber roller) together with the printing roller and deposited on the inclined scraper blades. Fe – iron chips accumulated on the scraper blade will slowly move from the inclined scraper blade to the discharge chamber.
